Delete your account and associated synced data

This page is the official account deletion request URL for CashCraft. Use it to request deletion of your CashCraft account and the synced data connected to that account.

How to request deletion

    Send your request to support@codescrambler.eu from the email address linked to your CashCraft account, or mention that account email in the message.

    Use the subject line 'CashCraft account deletion request' so we can route it quickly.

  3. 3

    If you also want local device data removed, use CashCraft's in-app 'Delete All Data' action and clear the browser or app storage on each device where you used CashCraft.

    We will confirm the request and may ask for a minimal verification reply before deleting account-linked data.

Processing timeline

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days.

If a request is unusually complex or additional verification is required, completion may take longer, but we will keep you informed by email.

Additional retention

After deletion is completed, residual copies may remain in routine backups, logs, and caches for up to 30 additional days before they are overwritten or removed.

Data deleted on request

  • your CashCraft account record and sign-in association used for the service
  • synced CashCraft settings stored with your account, such as base currency and sync preferences
  • synced finance data connected to your account, including accounts, transactions, categories, and budgets

Data that may be kept

  • data that exists only on your own device or browser until you remove it locally
  • support or compliance records that must be kept to handle the deletion request, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations
  • temporary residual copies in backups, logs, and caches until they age out in the normal course of operations

Important note about device-only data

CashCraft supports local-first usage. If you used CashCraft without syncing data to an account, that information may exist only on your device. Code Scrambler Productions cannot remotely erase browser or app storage on your device. To remove local-only data, delete it inside CashCraft and clear the site or app storage on each device you used.
